Throughout July, The Strand Turks & Caicos has been the focus of a month-long initiative designed to introduce the resort and its exceptional real estate opportunities to the local community. The Point by Grace Bay Resorts has reached an exciting and critical stage of the development as they prepare to pour the 4th level, which you may recall is where the two towers connect in the center, and will form the breezeway below, which is an important step forward in bringing the beachfront structure together as one.
Inside, the first floor is beginning to take shape, with internal fit out including stud walls, plumbing, electrical and air conditioning now underway. Window installations have also begun at the West Building. The oceanfront restaurant structure has also moved forward, with the concrete roof poured. For those who will be visiting the site, they remind us that these basement and beachfront structures are designed as green roofs, with views elegantly framed for all residences in the building.
Pool Lofts
Preparatory works for the upper parking garage level are now underway, positioning us well to achieve the Pool Loft slab milestones scheduled for later this year.
The Casitas
14 of the 16 Casitas units are now out of the ground with floor slabs poured and most of the ring beam with flat roof sections poured and roof framing now already underway making a significant achievement.
Public Areas
The design team is putting the finishing touches on the spa and reception areas. They aim to break ground on this key element in the coming months. At the same time, design development continues for the fitness center, racquet sports facilities, and kids’ club.
