Nina specializes in high-end property marketing and sales and is known for her excellent sales process, service level, market research and analysis.

Richard Sankar, Director / Broker

• Richard began his career in real estate 30 years ago and combined with his education in business management and real estate development he provides a vast amount of analytical expertise and market knowledge to his clients and sales associates. Richard was a founding member of the Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association and is currently Treasurer of the board. He has a strong community spirit and enjoys helping others succeed and this passion flourishes at TCSIR through its charitable foundation.
