On November 23, Nina Siegethenthaler and Joe Zahm of Turks and Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty, listing brokers for the iconic Arc Penthouse, were proud to attend the topping-off ceremony alongside the Windward team. It was a privilege to be part of this meaningful occasion for South Bank Resort as they reached a pivotal point in the project’s construction.
