The Shore Club in Long Bay opened to owners and guests during the December holidays and since has received rave reviews on the superior architecture, finishing detail, furniture and the stand-out amenities offered.  While the condominiums and the amenities are now completed and fully functional, there are 6 private villas currently being constructed along the east side of the condominium buildings.  The only resort of it’s kind on Long Bay Beachfront and in the Turks & Caicos Islands.

Long Bay, Providenciales – Tuesday, November 22nd, 2016 marked the official ground breaking of Beach Enclave Long Bay, the second villa development for the developers of Beach Enclave which have almost fully completed their first managed villa property Beach Enclave North Shore on International Drive.  Invited dignitaries, partners, owners, friends and guests all gathered during sunset at the beachfront location to celebrate what will be another amazing adventure for Beach Enclave and for the new owners who are excited to see their new homes commence construction.

While the second quarter of 2016 posted a slight drop from last year’s dollar volumes – following a 1st Quarter increase – Pending Sales (Under Contract and Conditional transactions) are at their highest levels since the boom of the mid 2000’s. The TCREA MLS system is currently showing Pending transactions of $22 Million in Land, $6.5 Million in Condos, and $101 Million in Homes/Villas, for a total of over $129 Million for the remainder of this year, including some pre-construction villa sales that will close in 2017.  Click here to view entire report.
