Arc Sky Villas, the new Lissoni-designed development previewed to an exclusive audience in New York City on May 23rd, 2023.

On May 23, during an intimate, by-invitation-only event at the famous Salvatori Showroom in New York City, Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty President Joe Zahm and Windward Development Co-founder Ingo Reckhorn unveiled the final and most exclusive enclave to be completed within the highly sought after South Bank community:  Arc by Piero Lissoni. Designed by Lissoni and his celebrated Architectural Digest-100 firm, the six-story residential building will feature just 17 luxury Sky Villas, offering the ultimate in low-density contemporary Caribbean living. Each residence will boast 360-degree waterfront outlooks with connected landscaped air gardens. The building’s unique, vertical “suspended” living concept is the first of its kind for the Turks and Caicos.

Upon the project’s completion in 2025, residents will enjoy an on-site restaurant and bar, exclusive access to a state-of-the-art fitness center, two pools, a jacuzzi, an owner’s lounge, a boardroom, garden firepits and a boardwalk leading to cabanas on the pier. Resort facilities, including a one-of-a-kind swimming lagoon with lounging islands in the center and a fully serviced marina and boat concierge, will be managed by Grace Bay Resorts.

Among its many highlights, the unprecedented Sky Villa 6PH will span the entire top floor of the building, offering sweeping, 360-degree sunrise and sunset views of the Caicos banks, inlet, wetlands, South Bank marina and lagoon. The 12,630 square feet of indoor and outdoor space will include five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms and a media room. Other amenities will include private elevator access, a private pool and jacuzzi, oversized gardens around the entire perimeter of the residence and a 150’ yacht slip.

Grace Bay, Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands

The newly completed and sold-out development, Z-ONE Residences, celebrated their grand opening last Friday the 26^th of May 2023 among community members, colleagues and friends during a perfect sunset evening in Grace Bay.

The much-anticipated Z-ONE Residences, which comprises of two buildings in the heart of Grace Bay have been on everyone’s radar from the very beginning. Starting construction in March 2021, the two stylish, modern and simply elegant buildings of 30 units take prominent stage at the entrance to The Village at Grace Bay.

The grand opening took place around the beautiful lap-pool where 120 invited guests had the first opportunity to see the finished residences. Amongst those invited were TCREA agents, attorneys, business associates, and friends. Three units on the ground level with convenient, direct access from the spacious pool deck were on show.  Tamir Zeevi, Z-One Residence’s Developer and Richard Sankar, Director of Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty led their guests on the walk through of the residences and the amenities.

Positioned on an acre of land, the two buildings are comprised of six studios, twelve 1-bedrooms, and twelve 2-bedroom residences, with several commanding an ocean view. Each building is fitted with quality doors and windows and equipped with elevators and a beautiful, central, shared pool area. Z-ONE Residence’s common area amenities include gated entrance, car parking, pool, poolside restroom, gym, common area BBQ, external area security cameras, and emergency backup generator for the exterior common areas. With a high demand for rental units, Z-ONE was very well received from the moment it launched to the real estate market. 

For those who missed their chance to own a unit at Z-ONE, a second phase may be on the horizon as early as next year.  Tamir Zeevi stated, “I am proud of the completed residences, and I am looking forward to the next step.”  He is expected to develop yet another phase where he will focus on providing more studio and 3-bedrooms options.
