With over $270M in pending deals in the condominium sector at an average price point of circa $2.5M, and building daily, the product mix is re-balancing towards a more equitable blend of condominiums and single family homes, of which the latter carried the market the prior decade. Based on overall pending transactions, that are predicted to close out in 2024, the year end numbers are poised to remain at this newly established sales volume.
