Elite High School is an exceptional institution that refuses to dwell on students’ backgrounds, legal status, economic situations and social standings. Since 2016, Elite High School has been making significant changes in the lives of hundreds of Haitian and Dominican children. Their motto, “Striving against adversity,” perfectly encapsulates this daily dedication as they aim to overcome all social barriers. 

Despite limited resources and minimal support from the local government, the principal, teachers and other faculty members are tirelessly working against all odds to provide each student with a platform for a quality education.

Richard, who spoke to the entire school was moved by the sheer radiant and optimism of the students.
