Since the official groundbreaking in February 2022, John Fair, Managing Director and Developer, along with his team of experts, all empowered with a deep respect and vision for the property set their sights on opening the resort in 2024.

The grand opening celebration on November 20th was by far the most gala resort opening that Turks & Caicos Islands has ever experienced. The elegant event at the DelMar Restaurant & Bar, poolside and beachfront included homeowners, community members, Government officials, and the large team involved with the design, construction, marketing and sales of The Strand were all in attendance to mark this historic event.
