Touring the nearly completed Luxury Residence R3, the invited guests had a personal viewing of this magnificent villa and its views. From the completed private courtyard, the elegant two-story home directly on the ocean features a dramatic view of the turquoise water, creating the perfect backdrop for such astonishing architecture. The pool and the Caicos Banks merge seamlessly and are framed by floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. The luxury residence is light, airy, and spacious.  All four en-suite bedrooms in the main house have spectacular views of the ocean. The fifth bedroom guest house has direct access to the private courtyard.  Awaiting just a few final details, John Fair and The Strand’s team are excited to see a completed luxury residence very soon.

The Strand Turks & Caicos promised a private residential resort community unlike any other, where the essence is an owner centric experience and that is exactly what is being delivered. • Spring/Summer 2024: Reception & Villa A Building
• Late Summer 2024: Villa Building B
• Summer 2025: Villa Building C
