On March 12, Turks & Caicos Sotheby’s International Realty held a party to celebrate the launch of its new magazine, The Finest Collection. Broker / President, Joe Zahm, spoke to the group of TCI residents and business partners about the resurgent real estate market, which is up 80% year on year in sales volume, and of TCSIR’s recent market gains as its LOCAL EXPERTS WORLDWIDE campaign gains traction.
